Rare *.drf problem during DIHtmlLabel installation

Some Delphi installations (starting from Delphi 2005) can experience the following problem when installing DIHtmlLabel:

This is a rare problem and seems to be caused by a known Delphi bug according to this QualityCenteral Public Report.

As a workaround, change the DIHtmlLabel package options to “Explicit rebuild” instead of “Rebuild as needed” like here:
